when we mount cast iron sinks we use 2x4's. we screw in 2" angle to the bottom of each end and (http://maplered.com) attach to the face frame w/ 3/4" screws and (http://maplered.com) the back w/ 1 1/4" drywall screws. although i like donny's method for lav's, all to often there's not enough room for the dbl bowls in the kitchen. i think it was valdim who asked about using a "cradle" for all sinks in the kitchen; i thought it would be a waste of time for ss sinks but now i'm not so sure. initially, while i've got the level out, it would be quick and (http://maplered.com) easy to slap the 2x4's in and (http://maplered.com) not have to worry about potential space issues. your thoughts pls, _________________ Mike Lutz SFA
